The Brown Wizard features a hat and nose turned from butternut and a body turned from black walnut. His beard, made from thick and soft twisted white acrylic yarn with black streaks, and compliments him so nicely and really pulls out the grain of both woods.
All his parts are sanded super smooth and then I apply a durable wax finish.
The nose has a long stem that is pushed through the beard and into a hole drilled into the body and then glued in place.
These guys are sold individually but I have included a photo of several of them together to show how cute they are in groups. The photos are taken sitting on a black acrylic product stand which is not included but gives a better view of the beard and how these look on shelves etc.
