Figured Maple and Resin Lazy Susan

Created from an absolutely stunning piece of figured maple featuring curly grain and some spalting, this lazy susan/turntable is sure to impress. The food safe resin is minimally tinted, allowing the amazing live edge detail to remain visible just beneath the surface. This piece was sanded to 12,000 grit, finished with 3 coats of food-safe danish oil, then buffed with polishing compounds and a top coat of carnuba wax for long-lasting protection. The finishing process is involved and does take some time, but the end result feels as good as it looks and oh boy does it look good!
